1. Acceptance and scope
These public product terms describe authorized use of StorageMind. The current public developer record identifies Zhiyuan Jiang, publishing under the Jiang Finance brand. The exact legal contracting name for a Custom EULA or standalone negotiated contract remains subject to publisher confirmation. By using an authorized copy, you agree to these terms together with the applicable store terms and the product Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
2. Current release boundary
RELEASE CANDIDATE. This public page does not provide or promise access to a build. Roadmaps, screenshots and internal build records describe current work; they do not promise a release date, feature or continued availability.
3. Permitted use and product responsibility
StorageMind build 7 is a release-candidate storage observatory. It does not read or modify file contents. It reads volume metadata, stores a local snapshot and can ask macOS to safely eject a removable device; it does not provide disk repair, file deletion or restore.
You are responsible for lawful use, appropriate device security, reliable backups and any decision you make from product output. Do not probe, bypass or interfere with access controls, signing, purchase verification or service security.
4. License and distribution
No public software license is granted by this webpage. Only a build supplied through an authorized testing or distribution channel may be used, and any test access may be withdrawn.
5. Purchases
Signed build 7 contains one non-consumable lifetime Pro StoreKit product and no subscription. The live product is not yet configured in App Store Connect; Apple would handle account, transaction and payment data. This webpage does not create a purchase offer; any live transaction must be presented and processed by the App Store under Apple’s terms.
6. Content and intellectual property
The product interface, original editorial structure and original software remain the Publisher’s intellectual property. Third-party titles, images, quotations, source records, trademarks and datasets remain subject to their respective rights, attribution and license notices. A citation or link does not transfer ownership.
7. Availability, warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the product is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular outcome. The Publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including reliance on incomplete or stale storage metadata, interruption associated with a user-requested safe eject, loss caused by actions outside the verified file-content boundary, or decisions made from storage output, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for unlawful use, security abuse, infringement or violation of applicable distribution terms. Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing terms survive termination where applicable.
9. Changes
Material changes will be published on this page with an updated date. A product update may require acceptance of revised terms where the distribution channel or applicable law requires it.
10. Apple license terms
For an Apple-distributed version, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless the Publisher separately configures a Custom EULA in App Store Connect. This webpage does not itself configure or replace a Custom EULA.
11. Governing terms
TODO — publisher confirmation required: confirm the exact contracting name, governing-law, venue and any mandatory local consumer-rights wording before using these web terms as a Custom EULA or standalone negotiated contract. Mandatory rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
