Before you write
- Confirm that you are using Caomu Jingwei v1.0 on macOS 14.0 or later.
- For search or archive issues, include the source title, edition or locator that reproduces the problem.
- Before clearing local data, export any personal archive you want to keep.
- Do not attach private notes or a complete personal archive unless support specifically asks for a minimal, redacted example.
Privacy and security
Support will never ask for an Apple ID password, payment card, recovery key or complete private archive. Redact personal paths, filenames and notes before attaching diagnostic material.
